A foggy day

It was a foggy day in our quarter of lower austria. But I saw the light a little bit over the fog. So I decided to drive on some different hills to see the fog below me. Also to test some new lenses and gimmicks, which I got for christmas.

The fist pic was made on the Hochkogel. I used a one hole cap on a EOS 7D. This is just a cap for the camera without a lens with a little hole on it. Quite interessting, that this were the first cameras on the world. Maybe I will use this in the future more, but I still don’t know for what topic exactly.

For the second picture I got on the Blassenstein near Scheibbs. Very sad, that first of all the sun got behind another clouds and second that I had no tele with. Not the next time!

The third and fourth pic were made on a hill near Senftenegg. It was directly in the fog. I used the Wallimex 8mm for Canon. Nothing auto, only manual! This picture is a HDR out of 7 pics in Fusion style. I like this because of the dark fog and the light of the trees.

For the last one I used a B/W style to see the sadness of the fog.
